The objectives for which the Company is established are:

  3. To acquire, own, and manage intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to published materials.
  4. To enter collaborations, partnerships, and agreements with authors, editors, institutions, and other entities for the production and distribution of journals.
  5. To organize conferences, seminars, and other events to promote scholarly exchange and networking within the academic and publishing communities.
